How can I find help, if myself is out of control?

There are many websites for help and most websites have a line to call when people are in need of help. Here are a few websites:

  • youngminds.org.uk their phone number is: 0808 802 5544

I have picked 4 questions and researched them all, as I think it will be enough although I have loads of questions I thought of if I need more answers from different questions.
